This policy explains how payments, refunds, and cancellations work for KSR Media’s services — session bookings, digital downloads, and print orders. It works alongside our Terms of Service. All payments are processed securely by Stripe; KSR Media does not store your full card details.
Some sessions require a deposit or retainer to reserve your date. The retainer reserves your time and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due on or before the session day. If you need to change plans, see cancellations and rescheduling below.
You may reschedule or cancel a session with at least 48 hours’ notice. With at least 48 hours’ notice you may reschedule once at no charge, and the retainer stays on file toward the rescheduled session (subject to availability). Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, and no-shows, forfeit the retainer. KSR Media may reschedule for severe weather, illness, or emergencies at no penalty to you.
Digital downloads are delivered after payment through a secure link, valid for a 30-day access window. Because digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, digital purchases are final sale and non-refundable once delivered. If a download link does not work or you received the wrong file, contact us and we will make it right (redeliver or correct the order). Please save your files during the access window.
Prints are made to order. You submit a request, KSR Media reviews it and confirms the product, price, and details, and payment is collected before the order is produced. Because prints are produced specifically for you after approval, they are custom, made-to-order items and are generally non-refundable once production begins. Please review your selection and any proof carefully before paying.
Print orders are fulfilled manually by KSR Media, and turnaround times are estimates. Pickup and shipping options and timelines are described on the Print Shop page; shipping costs, where applicable, are the client’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
If a print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify KSR Media within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the issue, and KSR Media will reprint or replace the item at no additional cost. This does not cover selections or proofs you approved before printing, or normal variation in color and finish between on-screen previews and physical prints.
Where a refund is due under this policy, it is issued to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appears within 5–10 business days. A refund on a completed digital order also ends access to the purchased download. If you think you were charged in error, contact us first so we can review and resolve it quickly.
If you have any concern about a charge, please contact KSR Media before opening a dispute with your bank — most issues can be resolved directly and quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks on services rendered or digital goods already delivered may be contested with the payment processor.
