Booking & Payment
A retainer secures your date. Individual bookings settle the balance on the day of the session; team bookings settle seven days before the event.

- Individual portraits and individual athlete coverage — the family pays directly.
- Team Game Coverage — a coach, organization, or team representative pays one invoice.
- Media Day — billed as an organization invoice, or as individual family registration.
- Team balance is due seven days before the event.
- Family-funded Media Days require 10 paid athletes to proceed.
- The organizer guarantees the minimum participation for team and Media Day bookings.
- If the minimum isn’t met, the organizer may cover the difference, reschedule, or cancel according to the booking agreement.
